[HELP] How can I remove "2 bullets per shot" and Burst shot on Dahl's Railer sniper r

How can I remove "2 bullets per shot" and burst shot on Dahl's E-Tech Railer sniper rifle?

For me this gun looks awesome however, it just blows that I run out of ammo because of these two traits. I just wanted to know if there was a way to remove them.

Extra ammo consumption is a part of E-Tech, so that can't be gotten rid of.

I believe changing the manufacturer to something else would get rid of the Dahl burst-fire.

Why not just bump up your BlackMarketUpgrades (ammo SDUs) to much higher levels?
