    1) is the item hack fixed? proof?

    2) is there an alternate way/other way to do the same item hack?

    This is of what I know so far...

    A to 1.
    As I know of, yes.

    A to 2.
    Yes but only you can see it I'm pretty sure it still works actually I'm not too sure
