Instant Hired Guns Flag capture

well I'm looking for a Instant Hired Guns Flag capture. is there anyway this can be done?? i looked and didn't see any file's that match with the flag's.
i think it can be done sense there's the instant defuse mod for S&D. and they seem generally like the same thing. with the wait bar the flag capture has no model. but neither dose the S&D Defuser, So any help/idea's?

It probably could be done, but its not publicly released and you need a bypass for it to work.
