If i'am not mistaken if they notify you of a change in TOS and you continue to use the service you are binding with the new TOS. if you dont agree with the new TOS then you must stop using the service.

By continuing to use the service you are therefore agreeing to the new TOS.

Therefore the current TOS does not pertain to me.

They have it on their forums, although they have never made it official and it would NOT hold up in court if they were to take it that far, which they know and they WON'T. Nexon is all talk no action and can fuck themselves with a large wooden spoon for all I care. IF you made a new account after they changed it I suggest that you don't HACK their game, only CHEAT as GG2GG stated, although it is a *LoopHole* it would still probably not hold up.

Ya i was going to mention that they are all talk.

If you notice even on these forums, hackers have only been banned.

I have NEVER seen a thread that said this: "OMG NEXON IS SUEING ME"

Nexon KNOWS they cannot do this so long as the hacks do not directly effect there servers (like NX hacks)

The only reason it is in the TOS is to scare hackers into playing legit even tho nothing will happen.


And yes our "Hacks" are just cheats, simply altering the way everything looks on the screen (chams, wallhack) how where your character aims when an enemy is visible (aimbot).

But we are not actually "hacking" Nexon.
