The 7767 message is not in fact an error, but a notification to both account administration and the registered account user that something is amiss on the account itself. This is usually due to a serious violation of the Terms of Use occurring on the account in question.

If you are experiencing the 7767 message, and need to change your password immediately, please visit https://gamerage.com and click “Log In”. Under the requested User ID and Password fields is a link titled “Did you forget your Password”. Clicking that link and submitting the information on the form will generate a temporary password (sent to the email address on file for the account), thereby changing your password until such a time as you can log into the website again. Please check your spam folder for this email as it may be sorted based on your personal email settings. Please note – changing your password will not absolve the 7767 message. You will still need to submit the above information.
