    Then this happenend, he knew my name and banned me for RWT and i never buy/sell anything.

    Dispute it. Tell them you want the proof of the RWT and that it's bullshot that a mod can ban you immediately for no reason. It's a bit suspicious when a mod knows exactly who ONE player is as there are millions of RS accounts.
