Darkstorm not working, hl2.exe crashes

I downloaded the darkstorm hack, and it was working fine for the first few hours, then when I closed tf2 and reopened it, hl2.exe crashed. I tried it on my bad laptop, which compared to my gaming rig is shit, and it worked fine. I really got no idea whats going on. I tried using winject to inject the hack, and even that didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Dont inject just use the .exe or if that doesnt work its probably already detected because tf2 updates Often

I tried that too, and it still isn't working. I guess I'll have to wait till another version comes out. Thanks for the help

No, wait, its not outdated. I looked at the thread for darkstorm, and people are saying it still works.

run Darkstorm before tf2 works here

I ran darkstorm as admin, opened tf2, and it crashed. Still dont get why this works on my laptop that sucks...

I have problem too. I'm opened TFBase.exe and run hl2.exe. I'm joining the server, choose job and press INSTERT - anything. WTF?

YES. I fixed it. Turns out, the default program was notepad, so the .dll wouldnt work. just changed it back to an unknown file type and it worked ^-^

WELL FUCK IT. It worked once, and now its crashing again x.x
