WTF just seen POSSIBLE SCAMMING !!!

so i've just been randomly trading around and wanted to buy a life for 7 def.

player: selling life
me: trade
player: trade accept
player: ''can you wait a sec ?''
player cancelled the trade
player trade me
me: accept trade

i marked my 7 defs and i SAW him markin his life ... he only had 1 life in his inv and i saw him having the life marked 100% SURE !!! then i clicked trade accept, my def were gone and he still had his life


so ... i think trade scamming is possible ?

asked google already and read something about a LiTHiuM trade-scam client but i didnt found any helpful things.


so any1 knows which hack it is and

1. how to avoid getting scammed by this ?
2. is it possible to use on your own ?
3. dafuq ?
