If you don't want torrents or risk viruses from non-proven websites, then you're going to have to download it from Vindictus CN's website. Simple as that.

thanks for the help i already bit the bullet and downloaded it i have run into another wall with hackshield loading then vindictus just sitting there in my backround responding but not loading but il post that in a different thread thanks for your speedy reply
