Account Banned or HWID Banned

I can login to Gamersfirst website/forums and the armas market but I cannot log onto APB because i have the Error code 10008. Just wanna see if I'm either HWID or Account Banned.

Hey azn, you actually can't determine if you're HWID or Account banned with error 10080 because that only says your account is blocked, so to verify simply log in to a new account, and if you're directly banned for the first logging in in aob, you're
HWID banned. If not, you're lucky and can start playing on another one.....
