"coolest" is not the proper adjective because it will come from opinions (and not all opinions are the same).
"cool" is the proper way to say it.

a cool non-AC armor for me is the warlord of nulgath.

J5 from J6 saga is pretty good for me
Reventhous from evilwarnul is also good but everybody has it.
Any Juggernaut is cool.
Also any Legion.
Chunin class is pretty nice.
Annd crimson plate of nulgath ... i like em all :P
And about capes ... try to get some wings to work with the rest of your set ... it always work ^.^
Edit: also Black J5 from Bounty hunter shop Black Rune Edge from Darkest Black Friday shop and Black Jvi Helm from Bounty hunter shop are a good combination :P
