I think most people here have the capacity to build a computer and do basic troubleshooting. Google goes a long way for educating you on the basics. Build theory and advanced troubleshooting is where we come in

It's amazing the amount of people that don't try rebooting when they have a problem.
I agree, anyone can follow a guide, but can you maintain and repair.
