Can't connect to Blackops II Servers.

So i checked that link, and it said: "All online services are enabled and fully operational."

Am i banned or anything, and does anyone else have this problem?

restart steam / restart pc if that dont work verify game cache and defragment sometimes happens

I restarted steam, and when i clicked on Call of Duty: Black Ops II, it updated something...?

I'm banned in MW3, but it doesn't say "You have been banned", I can't connect to online servers.

To TS: Just check your VAC Status in the Steam settings.

MW3 is different, it doesn't say that you are banned. But yeah, check the VAC Status to double-check.

I got this all the time in BO I ... Just had to wait a few mins and then i could play

Cod 4, 5, MW2 all work.
and i already checked my router.
got UpNp enabled, and the port 3074 activated. :?
