Movie Website?

So i have been thinking for a while now about making a website to stream movies in 1080p for free and YES I KNOW THERE ARE SITES LIKE THIS but i would make it unique in some way and 100% free, Fast and Great Playback, Don't worry where the servers will be located i have knowledge to know where copyright laws exist...
But if i do create the website about how many of you will use it?
Just think of Netflix with newer movies 2010-2012.
Also if anyone has any features/ideas they would like post them below.

Copyright laws do not matter you need to look for the DMCA equivalence, also if YOU are located in the U.S, even if your servers are located off-shore you can still be prosecuted and your assets seized. Argentina does not allow the U.S to expedite people from there, better go buy a place down there because you're going to have a warrant for your arrest within an hour of the first Fox movie added to your site.

well don't think your going to do this alone you need a whole team behind you to make a successful company not just you sitting at home making it these things need to be run like a company
