The only one who can "recover" the account is the guy who sold it, thats why you see accounts for 20/30usd, they just recover the account 1-2days after.

I bought CoD BO2 for 60usd on steam, original steam purchase NA key, not a russian one you can buy for 25 on internet. Im not asking for more than $40, idk where you got that.
