Why doesn't my fckin M4 custom crystal come.... I have 20 ribbons and I have waited for 36 hours.....

i think u have to wait till xmas cause me too i didnt got the 2 years ribbon yet and my acc was created in 2009 ....... so i think they will fix it in xmas patch

yeah everyone's been having this problem lately and z8games is working on it.. all the prizes you get from the ribbons don't seem to get received

The ribbon database has been a little iffy this weekend. It's going to be looked into sometime this week.
As for your issue, if you received those newer ribbons such as the Grizzled Veteran, Theater of War, or Harvest then it is possible they have not been added to the list of ribbons which the 20th ribbon checks over. Please be patient for a few more days as all of that is sorted out.
If by Wednesday the ribbon & weapon has not shown up, send in a Support ticket to Technical Support.

Nah there was no problem with any other of my ribbons, I got the war machine ribbon in like 2 hours after I completed the 100 mega warmonger kills. I also got the 2 year ribbon thing at like idk the same time the harvest ribbon was given away too.

YAAYAYAHAHYAAYH I just got it..... I went to my profile, complaining to my friend like a little baby how I hadn't gotten the ribbon yet, UNTIL I saw that I had 23 ribbons. I was like. "WTF?" then I scrolled slowly to the "my ribbons are made of crystal" ribbon. To bad the M4 CC still hasn't spawned in my inventory lol, trolled....
