It could've been worse if you woke up with a wet dream

Was earlier this year. I went to bed having minor cramps in my stomach. Thought it was gas that would pass throughout the night and didn't think much of it. I then wake up at around 1am (?) with REAL bad, throbbing cramps. It was so bad that standing up was impossible and I was stuck in the fetal position which only relieved some of the pain. Soon after I went to the toilet and threw up because the pain was so bad. Was up for the night with cramps and throwing up every 30mins-1 hour... I had a bucket/ bowl next to my bed so that everytime I need to throw up, I didn't have to walk to the toilet. Turns out I had the stomach flu. The vomiting only lasted the night but the cramps lasted about 24hours I think. That has been the most sick I have EVER been.

A wet dream has woken me up before thought I was pissing until I checked my boxers to find a white mess in there

Worst night I ever had was like 2 years ago on the Thanksgiving weekend. I caught this disease from my sister, and these white bumps grew all over my body, and even in my throat. It hurt to swallow saliva and anything solid. So I had to stay in bed and drink soup. Turns out its really contagious, since all my cousins caught it too.

Probably Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease
