eh, the banning system builds up.. if a successful report on you happens then it is permanent banned.. otherwise it goes step by step and takes a couple times.. and also your account is kinda ok..

Low kdr, low number of ribbon, and win/death is below 1. And how do you have so many desertions?
However the quality of the account is made up by the guns, and beside some temporary guns, I have only seen just gp once.
