    @Liz, it is not the foreign ip's on my account.
    I was saying that someone could be impersonating my skype or steam since there was no real evidence it was me.

    For example, my skype is statichs. But someone could be going under hsstatic or something.

    Guess we don't have 100% solid proof against this person then.
    Regardless of that, he has been reported atleast 5 times (that includes reports outside of the Scammer Grave, such as in VM's/selling threads)
