Hacking vs Bots is safe?

Hey guys, I know that mostly every hacker will get banned if he is hacking in BlOps2, but if I hack against bots with an undetected aimbot (rage or legit) and dont record it, can I still get banned? Because I think there is no way to ban me without any proof that I am hacking
(I use a safe aimbot, VIP and I am sure its VAC secure, never online, only for some test reasons against some bots)

Yes, TAC scans everywhere, always. In BO I u could disable VAC in PrivateMatches (with bots) but BO II doesnt have this option ... And wont take long till ur so called Secure aimbot gets patched ... Many VIP sites get maasive bans in BO II ...
