when i type !spawnbots in chat server say u arent alowed to comand

Add your XUID in the admin line of your sv_config.
Remove the *EVERYONE* for every ranks (let it only for users, not even members) and add yours to admin_xuid line.

Then if it doesn't work, add !spawnbot in the command line

Admin_commands=*ALL*!cmd,!pl,!rcon,!promod,!resetp romod,!clientsideeffects,!pm,!fov,!xuid,!fr,!ver

It should work after.
Maybe you already did it but if you aren't allowed that's the only thing I can tell you to do.

really nice mod, worked fine with my private server and I'm having fun with it but will there ever be a version where all the bots aren't using the same weapon and rolling around in circles? Like they just free roaming and crap with different classes, without them shooting you. I use this mod to get "fake" clips for editing mini-clips on YouTube just for fun but its annoying getting 3rd person perspectives when all the soldiers look the same and have the same gun, just gets repetitive and I don't like re-enacting for these 3rd person perspectives. Also a non-retarded version would be sweet if it's ever possible. Thanks for the post Kenshin13

Same weapon, same outfit: Edit iw5m.dll and change them. General movements? You need an AI for that.
So far, these things aren't ported. Unless IW5M updates, this is the best you can get.

I'm wondering what the problem is for me. I placed SpawnBots.dll in scripts, I have IW5M, I have the infinity script in the iw5m main folder, I loaded script in dedicated server. I join server and still I can not type in ~ "!spawnbots 5". for example.

IW5M doesn't support server logins via passwords. You need something like IAM or B3. And try using the older InfinityScript. It's for the older version anyway.

You need r25 for this I'm guessing.
