I only seem to get the stiched balaclava by picking 4nd

At the beginning I had problems as well but with healing bandages, accumulate approximately 13,000.
At the end I take the option of random numbers.
I go to RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service website and use the calculator to generate numbers from 1 to 8.

I'm not complaining, I've won until permanent weapons. Something interesting to note, is that there are awards on corners, 1, 4, 5 and 8 cards numbers. But I repeat, everything is a matter of luck.

Don't just pick one card. Pick random cards and hey, maybe that luck it takes to get something permanent will be with you.

It all depends on you'r luck but 3 days one after onother i had 3 weapons (perma) by clicking the same card. (the second one).

Yeah i've noticed that every card i pick the perma guns are mainly on the top row. I've picked lots, and lots of cards, and everytime the perma gun is on the top; So pick from the top row for good stuff in my opinion :P.

Never seem to get any perma guns,but instead stupid ugly masks that's not even forever

From picking cards from the top row i've gotten good items like: AEK-971: forever , M4A1: forever, Viper Mags: forever, Precision barrel: forever. That's why you should pick from top row :P (Im level 7).
