    Baneable or not?

Alrighty guys, this might be a stupid or useless thread. And I think that most of the comments will be negative anyway.
But I just need to know it :P
So ehm, lowHertz published one of his new hacks a few days ago. And I was wondering... like.. how should I know wether its baneable or not? One year ago i was using his hacks for like 2 months and I'm still playing on that same account ( But i took a break for like 9 months )

Any hack is bannable as hacking on APB Reloaded is against the rules. However, the reason why people still do hack on games such as this is due to the fact they can (or believe they will) a. not get caught, b. can ban evade or c. they do not care whether or not they are able to play the game again.

Yeah okay, but is the chance like... HIGH of getting banned?
Like I said, previous year I've hacked for MONTHS and still didn't get banned.
There are also hacks in Modern Warfare 2 wich are kinda detected, but people do not get banned.

You won't know whether or not you have a high chance of getting banned. People could simply post a video of you hacking and you could get caught, or anything. People've gotten banned from APB Reloaded and when they try to ban evade, it ends up not working after all.

If you are feeling good about the game and you really like it (as I do), you midaswell not hack it. However, if you don't mind the small chance of you getting banned, then go for it! It is up to you whether you get caught. I used to uses hacks in games like Combat Arms on accounts that I wouldn't mind getting banned. I never got banned because I was smart. You should check the hack daily to make sure it hasn't been patched and many other things.

I don't risk hacking on Steam games, though, because I've paid money for many games on there. That's just an extra risk that you'd take, in my opinion.

People could report you and you could get banned.
You could also get banned by an in-game admin if you play too obviously.
If a hack is patched and you inject it, you have a high chance of getting banned.

So all of your scenarios could get you banned.
