Working out.

Man, idk what was in that cough syrup, but i took 2 mouthfulls of it.
I went to work out and i was hammered off cough syrup.

Like wtf?!
I feel pumped right nao.

My goal by the end of the summer is to weigh 230.
I weigh 280 right now. ( I know. Im not obese. Alot of it is muscle and bone. )

I will post progress as i go along with pictures of myself.
This is a promise to myself that i will no longer go about being overweight.

Feel free to tag along.
Meaning, going to the gym, posting pictures, weights.

This is serious.
By the end of summer im going to be jacked.

FYI.
I already lost 5 pounds in 2 days at the gym.

Nice dude, this summer I gained 20 pounds (fat ) and I started going to the weight room 2 months ago, I'm down to 160 and muscle tone is going great. I was eating like a pig last summer.

I had a full weight machine, treadmill & bike.

I never used it though

i way 30 lbs. and im trying to lose weight cuz of all the fat. ppl tell meh im anerixic but i say "i dont know what that is" and so i tune it all out. After summer i hope to be about 8 lbs.

ummmm, ok. You should workout to gain muscle mass, weight loss should be a bonus.
