    @zhell, I was joking buddy, good luck losing some weight.

    @imsohood,At 128 pounds you can get a 6 pack by walking down the street. Thats like pop warner size.

    @zildjiandw, when I wanted to gain weight I ate alot of baked potatoes with everything on em and the white part of a boiled egg. Try that.

    Their is a difference between 'skinny' abs. And abs that you work out for. :l

    Yeah I guess, its very easy though. You have wayyyyyyy less fat to mold.

    Thats my problem. I do waaaay to much sport at my school. 2 Hours on monday, wednesday, and friday. 1 Hour on tuesday and thursday. Then on saturday, another 2 hours. On sunday I go to rugby training..which vairys..

    and i'm starting to get 'skinny' abs.

    How old are you.
    At your weight skinny abs and abs you work for look exactly the same and take no effort to achieve. I used to weigh 130 pounds like 3 years ago. Had freakin rock hard abs and barely had to work to keep them like that.

    What you do.. You work out, lol.
    You're losing definition when you run and all that. Do push ups, sit ups. At school, we got this machine. I'm on it all the time. Works your chest and abs.

    The more you do it, the more definition you get, and the more nicer it looks.

    I think i'm doing too much running..I need more proper work outs.

    That's what i did in my freshman year... this is my last year playing football in high school (Senior) !

    Thats the gay thing. Playing sport is not optional, you HAVE to play it. Or fake a injury or some shit. Saying "I need to get in shape" would get you NOWHERE. :|
