First of all : Which is better and easier , C++ or VB.net?

Also give me best and easiest tutorials for the best language !

Go with C++. VB may be easier but it's not nearly as powerful as C++. Also, as for tutorials go, check out "TheNewBoston" on youtube, his tutorials are absolute genius.
