1. Learn programming language of your choice. There are multiple good ones, but the best is C++.
2. Learn about Drawing, reading and writing memory, maybe Hooks and D3D.
3. Start with easy things. A CS:S BHop script or a crosshair overlay are good starts.
4. Go more advanced. Try making ESPs, Aimbots and also look at other peoples source code, base hooks and snippets to learn more.
Done. (Btw. this will take you atleast 3 months and with a really high chance, much more)
