What do you wanna see in an FPS! [ Yes i'm a developer ]

Okay guys now i know this is a hacking forum but hey you guys are all gamers and what not, thought i'd ask some opinions.
What DO YOU want to see in an FPS?
Map wise, Gun wise basically anything i run a small "Group" i guess you could call it who are looking to develop a game.

If it's multiplayer and F2P, just make sure it's not Pay-2-Win. I get it that money is necessary to run these games, and some level of an in-game cash currency is acceptable (like to get guns unlocked early or what not), but it can be taken way too far, ex. Nexon & CA.
