Now my computer is pretty shitty. The processor is only 1.5GHz and only 2GB of RAM.

I've been wondering if there is any good RPG or FPS/TPS that could run on my computer? Thanks.

I've got GTA San Andreas and Bully Scholarship Edition and every Star Wars game that came out before 2005 but I've overplayed them way to much.

If you have a shitty comp, you can only play shitty games really.

But LoL runs on my friends 1Ghz Dual core laptop at about 25-35 FPS, so you could check that out. But if you want to play games on a computer, you need to have the requirements to do it. Game computers can be bought for cheap (just built one for my rommate for $325 + and old 8600GTS we had sitting around) and it plays most games, and he can run skype and other programs at the same time.
