There are 2 methods, both of the methods will work 99.9% of the time.

First Method - The Apple Store:

This method takes quite sometime....

 

1. Go to an Apple store or any store such as BestBuy or Rogers.
2. Make sure that the store you go to has a phone with AT&T, Fido, or any mobile networks on it.
3. Text your friend so you can find out the number of the phone.
4. Tell your friend to login to the League of Legends account and click "Mobile Payment" and purchase the RP with the number on the store phone.
5. When the text comes reply with "YES"
6. BAAM, you just got yourself free rp.
[I know this method takes a while.... but still it's free RP]

This is the 2nd method, it's A LOT easier and WILL work GUARANTEED.
Second Method: PayPal

 

REQUIREMENTS:
AT LEAST $5 PAYPAL CASH

1. Make sure you have AT LEAST $5 on your PayPal account.
2. Log in to League of Legends and purchase RP via PayPal.
3. Once you've purchased it wait 30 minutes.
4. Log in to your PayPal and click "Resolution Center" and dispute the RP
5. You will have to wait 1 - 2 week(s) for your money to get refunded.
6. Enjoy, you just got yourself free RP! (:

Okay, well first find a TRUSTWORTHY friend to login to your account.
You just go to an Apple store or any other store that has a phone with a mobile network on the phone. [Apple store have iPhone 5 displays with mobile networking]
Then follow the rest of the tutorial in the thread.

Yes, it still works if the RP was purchased 2 - 3 days ago.
It works until the 45th day, so it's all good.
