Wiping HDD and Reinstalling Windows 7 Clean

Posting this in both this section and general, know its against therules but I gotta have an answer quickly

Posting in general since I want help quickly;

I got myself a problem recently which is unknown and unfixable.


So, I decided to wipe my HDD an just reinstall windows, like I just build a new PC.


Now, my question is.. HOW?
I reinstalled windows but that didn't remove all my previous files and such. It didn't remove all my games etc.

I want the HDD to be actually wiped, i don't care about secure wiling, I just want it gone. (So DBAN not needed, that takes a shitton of time too) i dont need file security, with no trace left behind. Just a quick way to get everything off here and get myself a fresh start.

Iolo DriveScrubber may help you, gotta buy it or just crack it. That's pretty much the only way I know to wipe a HDD.
