It shouldn't be restricted to that, I think its especially important that new members see a structured general. It'll set the tone, at least for a few weeks till they really see what MPGH is, and not make normal people spamming whores. If anything the level'd threads should be less policed because it's people who for the most part know how to handle their shit.
