    It doesn't matter if you have poor english, they have dealt with many users who don't speak english as their primary language, such as German, Vietnamese, Chinese, Brazilian, etc. Just send in a support ticket and they will figure out what you're trying to say.

    It's not hard to write a ticket all you need to tell them is what you're having problems with, in your case you haven't received your m4-cc and it's been 'X' amount of days, they will figure it out. Your ticket doesn't have to be long it just needs to explain the problem you need fixing.

But they will get around to it as soon as they can. Just send in the ticket and wait, they will fix the issue for you and I'm sure it won't take a long time, you might have to wait a day or two. But it beats not sending in a ticket and it taking much more time to resolve, I wish you the best of luck and Merry Christmas.
