That M4A1 wrapped with toilet paper is a beast with faster reload and 100% wallbang..... M4A1 painted black heats up and the speed of the bullets reduce a lot.

You are totally right
Every M4a1 has an avarage reload speed of 2.5 seconds except 3
The patriot , the spring and the royal dragon which have an avarage reload speed of 2.15 seconds it also has a very cool skin which looks like a toilet paper or a .... it doesn't matter besides you shouldn't be confused with the patriot and custom its the patriot and ELiTE which also has a cool skin and you can get the custom from coupons.
