Killing Floor Free DLC

Hey guys, I was wondering if there is any way that I'm not seeing to get free DLC for Killing Floor without it being detected. I'm not fully sure how DLC works, but it seems like it would be something you could just add to the killing floor files? I'm probably way off, but anyways, I'd appreciate it if anyone knows how to do this and could share.

Depends which DLC. if you mean the weapon ones like the gold ones there are already servers that have the weapons modded into the game (for free) The player models you could probably just make a replacer for (replace one of the crappy models you get for the steampunk ones) otherwise considering it's by tripwire i don't think you could bypass the online DLC check. unless you just pirated the entire game but then you wouldn't be able to whore them online.

sure, use a cracked steam client like greenluma or smartsteam.

but wont that affect the ability to connect to steam servers?
