I wasn't talking about gear o.O. More like skill. And half these level 60s don't know about basic game mechanics because they just farmed hidden.

even better counter-idea: make battle invitation-only.

a good way to see about that is looking at title numbers, if they have appropriate amount of titles for that lvl, chance are they already done some battle to get an idea of what they should be doing, otherwise just pray they dont get themselves (and you) killed during raid.
