Hack works for 1 game and dll problem

hello to all sorry my bad English
Search the web I found a hack that works
for 1 game (better than nothing)
But my antivirus tells me that the dll
(what is injected) sees it as a Trojan virus
can someone give me an explanation? I am noob to these things
If any administrator then gives me permission I can post

Just to let evry 1 know... There is NO Working Combat arms hack that doesn"t get Detected.. Do not download this item!! i downloaded it and what happen u might ask??? Right?? a resident shield is what is protecting your computer (well your anti virus is running it to protect your computer) if you have avg its easy to turn it off. go to the settings and find resident shield and turn it off. if you run other AV programs i dont know what to tell you. But its patched anyways so turning off your resident shield is not going to do much for you.
