both are the same but the octane one is in black market and it was in 2012 so u could win if u didnt got the normal axe in the coupons so the axe osctane was second chance of getting perm axe thats all xD

depends tho cus I won axe royal from 28th crate and I bought 30. If I wanted it with coupons would've cost me more.
