I feel like reformatting my computer

idk, my comp is pretty fucked up... i have alot of shit in my computer and dont feel like uninstall cuz its too much shit, also many errors.. fuck it... if i reformat mah pc, the only thing i'd back up is mah music and fruity loops

Completely wipe your whole hard drive.
Install Windows 7.

the only time reformatting sucks is when you have like 200 gb's of media stored. I learned the hard way to back up media to disc(or your preferred medium) as you go, saves problems in the long run...

The best computer is a reformatted one.
Just back the needed shit up and fuck the rest.
Btw, don't install Windows 7 if it's your main computer, once it's out of BETA you're fucked.
You'll need to get a key and the updates from another pc most likely.
