Mpgh Acc stolen and banned

So long time ago i did a trade with a dude and he scammed all my combat arms account my email and my mpgh account than he used my mpgh account to scam a dude and got it banned. I sucesfully recovered my email back but not my mpgh acc. Now im here to see if some one can help me get it back and unban it staff plz help me i want my mpgh acc back.

I can provide any info to show that i am the real owner.

Account name was elcamu987 and it got stolen when the dude scammed my combat arms account because my CA account psw was the same as my mpgh account.

Okay, how can the admins do anything when

A) they don't know the account name
B) they don't have any sufficient acknowledgement of proof of ownership
