I have the same problem. You just have to schedule your meals and stick to it. Don't miss any. Try to eat relatively smaller meals once every 2-4 hours instead of just breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Smaller meals simply keep your stomach from dilating, it does not benefit you any differently than eating one massive large meal.
Lift and focus on protein. Get a protein shake powder or simply eat a fuck load of peanuts, fish, and steak. I'd say the protein would be a healthier option as you won't be overloading your body with diuretics.
