Confused on the new expirence tab on profile and New Infraction system.

As i came back from a trip and came back to MPGH, i came to see in the forums that there is some sort of things.Which i dunno at first what it is and i think this is called the experiences. Also i see some kind of infraction points system thing. To sort out my questions...:

-The Experience(s)
1.Whats the credits and its use?
2.Whats the points? Is that a new level up system instead of the usual numbers of post?
-Infractions System
2.What does this affects and what numbers of points does imply a punisment?

Not sure if i had to post in general thread due there is no [Help Request] Prefix. I just hope this is where i should have posted and i hope it wont lead me into trouble.

The Experience credits/points don't really serve a purpose as of right now, as there is no Experience Shop (vBShop) yet.

Warnings/infractions aren't any new.
Basically when you have 3 (active) infractions, you'll receive a 3 day ban.
