How to avoid / Bypass Death Barriers?

Hi, I have used the Jorndel's zombie trainer and when I jump into houses and I try to get out of map I die, so Is there any way to avoid die?

No. Death barriers are part of the map. To bypass them, you have to alter the map, and if you do that, it won't be playable.

Isn't "Zombies" a multi-player game? I mean, isn't single-player itself a multi-player server?

I didn't know that you can edit server side environments.

I don't think BO2 use Dedicated Servers to host Zombies.
Haven't checked tho but

Should be non-dedicated servers.

Why?
Because you can change player:
Names
Ammo
HP
Position
And so on

This would not be do-able if it was dedicated. (Very hard if so)
