If your Headshot count is a bigger number than half of total kills with the gun - very likely. No one gets a headshot on every kill.

P.S. - Kap 40 Art of War / Cheery blossom is different - 4B value gives just 9 kills.

Here is the table for Kap-40, i have all my pistols now diamond (All legit except fot bloodthirsty medals on executioner and b23r), so with these values you should have:

¤ All camos (up to golden i guess)
¤ 1027 kills
¤ 137 Headshots
¤ 16.7% Accuracy
¤ 1.18 KD
