if the item's description is to be believed, it's an automatic one shot to +10

Could be though, to get multiple stuff to +10 you'd have to spend at least $5 on bind pots for each char you want to shift the gear to another or sell. So it would be to Nexon's benefit.

How would you do that? It's probably gonna be like an item they give in a maintenance like usual? (And like the usual, half the people won't get them)

I doubt you can get more than 1. It's probably gonna be 1 per character connected, meaning if you have multiple account you can use VMs and stuff like that.

According to someone on the forums, its one per account. And the coupon will be mailed to your main character. The coupon is untradable and the weap/equip will be binded to character. So the only way to get multiple coupons would be multi-client or computers.
