Then I got banned for it.
What do I do now? How do I re-buy Arma 2 CO?
Or do I need to open a new steam?

dude it is outdated and detected you need to get darky key changer and change your key

you have to get a new steam then and re buy it then

If you want a legit key make a new steam and then buy Arma II OA and then use Darkies Key Changer to replace your key, if you want a non-legit key go buy one from the market place and change it with Darkies.
