*.pbo + *.bisgin open and edit with PS

Hi guys,
its me again,
i just want go create a Texture hack vor Day_Z, with neon green Charakters, but i have to edit the *.pbo and *.bisgin files, how can i Do that?
I would edit them with Photoshop, also if this is hard work, my mum isnt at home this weekend, so i have enought time, i hope You could help me.

i dont know how to do it but there is a program called Pbo view ... maybe it will help you

Servers check the PBO files me thinkz so unless you hosting a compatible server to its only going to work in single player
