I give it 8/10. not much lighting but its got some really nice brush work.

Scanlines need removing, no real focal point again, black text needs changing colour. Lighting is needed to really bring it out.

In most cases the focal point is the render you used (I think)

It mean your eyes should be drawn to the character in the sig and that the char shouldnt just sit amongst the background.

Well just blur the background and / or make it darker while making the render sharper and / or lighter. That's the most primitive way of making the render stand out.
