Kinda New-ish To This Site, How Do You Add A Signature And A Picture For Your Account ? Do You Need To Be A Certain Lvl ?

go to user CP and click signature

Up in the top there, User CP, then on the left hand side --> Edit signature

u need to activate ure account before u can change ure Avatar . go to user CP < edit signature .

no it isnt . look at the bar and look for the words user CP .
