BLACK OPS 2 MULTIPLAYER LAG SPIKES !!!

Hello guys yesterday I bought black ops 2 for PC and my problem is that I got lagspikes and connection interupted message is poping out quite often !
My internet connection is quite good ( 31ms ping 4.15 Mbps download speed and 0.63 Mbps upload speed). Also my computer has very good specs such as MSI power edtion 660 ti, intel i5 3470 @ 3.8 Ghz 8GB of Ram @ 1600 MHz also I have installed black ops 2 on a SSD hard drive. Please reply the soonest you can !

How is the ping bars in-game ?

It might be it's searching for wrong servers for you.
I also have this in a way, but it also includes youtube for me

tried to port forward? or change the search preferences? and do u live in a low populated region of the world?

I changed the search preferences to BEST and I live in Athens,Greece

btw I got steam and few other games in different HDD....I installded bo2 on my new SSD, that might be a problem?

Try installing everything from steam on your main hard drive (the one your PC runs on).
Check if a virusscan starts scanning as soon as you start BO II (it might block it or something) and firewall ?
